• Stakeholder Coordination and Reporting: Facilitate regular meetings and provide transparent progress reports to stakeholders.

• Performance Oversight: Monitor the performance of consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality and timelines.

• Site Management: Oversee site activities, including quality control, health and safety compliance, and housekeeping.

Commercial & Contract Management

• Payment Certifications and Claims Management: Oversee the certification of payments based on work completed and manage any claims or disputes that arise.

• Budget Control and Dispute Resolution: Maintain strict budgetary control and implement mechanisms for timely dispute resolution.

Completion & Handover

• Snagging and De-snagging: Oversee the inspections that identify and rectify defects prior to handover.

• Documentation and Certification: Oversee and ensure all as-built drawings, testing and commissioning reports, and operation and maintenance manuals are compiled and handed over.

• Final Certifications: Oversee the issuance of certifications, such as the Take Over Certificate and Defects Liability Certificate.
