Payment Certifications and Claims Management: Oversee the certification of payments based on work completed and manage any claims or disputes that arise.
Budget Control and Dispute Resolution: Maintain strict budgetary control and implement mechanisms for timely dispute resolution.
Completion & Handover
Snagging and De-snagging: Oversee the inspections that identify and rectify defects prior to handover.
Documentation and Certification: Oversee and ensure all as-built drawings, testing and commissioning reports, and operation and maintenance manuals are compiled and handed over.
Final Certifications: Oversee the issuance of certifications, such as the Take Over Certificate and Defects Liability Certificate.
