At the time of its construction, JBR held the world record of being the largest residential development ever.
It comprises 40 towers (35 are residential and 5 are hotels) and accommodates about 15,000 people, living in its apartments and hotel rooms; with direct access to a sea front promenade.
Due to its massive size, it is divided into six residential blocks and contains various apartment offerings; standard, executive, penthouses, terrace and loft.
